Our Children’s Day celebration at Vishnu School – 2025.

We were thrilled to celebrate the spirit and innocence of childhood with our wonderful students on Children’s Day ! The school was buzzing with excitement, and it was a day dedicated entirely making our little ones feel special and cherished. The day was filled with a variety of fun filled and memorable moments from indulging in mouth watering treats to winning prizes at the thrilling games. Our children had a truly memorable day.

Laughter and joy filled the air as students enjoyed the day. Their excitement knew no boundaries. Their boundless energy and bright smiles were a constant reminder of why we celebrate this special day.

Our Children's Day Sports Week Highlights

We at Vishnu School – Bhimavaram, wrapped up an exhilarating sports week, held in celebration of Children’s Day. It was a week filled with friendly competitions. Our students showcased amazing athletic talent and more importantly, demonstrated invaluable lessons in teamwork and resilience. Watching their faces light up with every goal scored and every finish line crossed was the perfect way to honour the spirit of Children’s Day. It was wonderful to see our students shine outside the classroom and discover their strengths. The week was not just about winning; it was about the joy of participation and creating unforgettable memories.

All cheers to our dedicated teachers and staff who have a played a prominent role in making this week so cherishable.

National Science Day:

Vishnu School Celebrated Science Day with Enthusiastic Rocket Model Making Activity and incredible Science projects

Sankranthi Celebrations:

SVES chairman Shri. K.V. Vishnu Raju inaugurated the celebrations and appealed to students to respect traditions and spend quality time with their family during Sankranthi.

Children's Day:

The children’s day celebration of Vishnu School was held at Vishnu Campus, Yenamadurru was very vibrant and joyful to our students.

Republic Day:

Republic day was celebrated on a grand scale. The tri coloured flag was hoisted at Vishnu School by School principal. Various cultural programmes were held.

Math Week:

On the occasion of famous mathematician Dr. Srinivasa Ramanujan’s birthday Maths Week was celebrated by conducting various events like Maths Quiz, Emporium, Carnival etc., Also special assembly was conducted.

ISRO:

Vikram A Sarabhai centenary program was organised in our campus from 21st January 2020 to 24th January 2020. Various interschool competitions like essay Writing, Drawing, Elocution, Science fair, Extempore were conducted. Our students bagged many prizes.

Children’s Day:

In memory of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru’s birthday Nov 14th was celebrated as Children’s day by conducting special assembly where teachers acted as students. Fancy dress competition was conducted.

Teachers’ day:

Dr. Sarvepalli Radha Krishnan’s birth day is celebrated in our school as teacher’s day. On that day few students acted as teachers and also cultural programmes were conducted.

Hindi Divas:

Hindi Divas was celebrated in our school on 14th September to commemorate the adoption of Hindi writer in Devanagari script as one of the two official languages of Indian Republic. On Hindi Divas poem recitation and Dhoha recitation were conducted.

Varalakshmi Pooja and Krishnastami:

Varalakshmi Pooja and Krishnastami were celebrated. Pot breaking event was conducted for all the classes.

Independence Day

The chief guest hoisted the national flag. Children show cased their patriotic fervour in various cultural programmes. To commemorate the nation’s independence national flag was hoisted on 15th August 2019 in our school. Children show cased their patriotic fervour through cultural programmes.

Telugu Divas

Telugu language day is celebrated in our school on August 29th in the memory of a prominent Telugu writer Gidugu Venkata Rama Moorthy.

Red Concept Day:

For Pre-primary classes Red concept Day was celebrated as the colour symbolises power, love and courage.

Friendship Day:

As a Friend plays an important role in one’s life, Friendship day was celebrated to make them cheer up and bring joy.

Monsoon Day:

As children and rain are inseparable, it is crucial to keep them safe during monsoons. In this regard Monsoon Day was celebrated to enable them to take proper precautions and understand the most basic protection accessories.

Bhagawadgita:

On the occasion of Geeta Jayanti 400 students enchanted bhagawadgita slokas to develop the pronunciation skills and also free books were distributed for the students. Virtual competition was held on 27/02/22 on education with moral values by ISCKON regarding bhagawadgita for the students of 6 to 9 classes. Telugu teaching classes were conducted for students on how to build capacity, behavior, culture, concentration, positive attitude, self control, activeness, moral honesty, patience, yoga, religion integrity, devotion, superior intelligence, divine wisdom, life achievements etc.,

Awareness program:

2020-2021 police commemoration open house awareness programme was conducted by police department in collaboration with fire department for students of 9th to 12th regarding cyber crime, traffic rules, fire safety and weapons operating.
